Our History
John Arduini’s roots in the cleaning business date back to 1983 as owner of a family owned cleaning company based out of Albany, NY. As the years progressed, that small cleaning company began to explore different ventures of business maintenance. Eventually, CBSI grew into a complete maintenance management business, continuously gaining more experience and knowledge along the way. By expanding the services provided, CBSI expanded and begin servicing more than just the Capital region. In 2001, CBSI became a privately held corporation. Today, CBSI services all of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Western Vermont, with further expansion planned in the near future.
